  1. Nylon cotton one bath dyeing method
    Process flow:
    Pre-treatment → brocade cotton dyeing (100℃×40~60min) → washing → washing → color fixing treatment → washing → dehydration drying → soft → finished product
    This dyeing method is now rarely used, the reason is that many direct dyes have been banned, at the same time, because part of the direct dyes on the dyeing of nylon more than cotton, so you need a certain degree of screening, and the dyeing is not stable, poor leveling, color light atrophy dark drawbacks lead to this dyeing method is only suitable for dyeing medium-light color, there are greater limitations.

 

  1. active + acidic one-bath two-step method:
    Process Flow:
    Pre-treatment → brocade cotton dyeing → washing → washing → color-fixing treatment → washing → dehydration drying → softening → finished product.
    Reactive dyes and weak acid dyes in a bath of two-step dyeing of brocade cotton fabrics, the selected reactive dyes to have a high dyeing rate and fixation rate, and low alkali color fixation, the selected reactive dyes under high temperature acid resistance to be good, the selected reactive dyes on the staining of the nylon to be less, the actual operation of the bulk of the key is the dyeing solution alkali neutralization and pH adjustment, this bath of two-step method can shorten the dyeing time, reduce the dyeing cost, improve the production efficiency, and improve the efficiency of production. This one-bath two-step method can shorten the dyeing time, reduce the dyeing cost and improve the production efficiency. This process has higher requirements for the selection of reactive dyestuff.

 

  1. first dyeing cotton and then nylon two bath method
    Process flow:
    Pre-treatment → dyeing cotton → washing → neutralizing washing → soaping → washing → dyeing nylon → washing → hot washing → nylon color fixing treatment → washing → dehydrating and drying → softening → finished products
    This process will cause the color and light of the cotton component to change, which is difficult to control. Acid or neutral dyeing needs to be adjusted according to the color shades of the dyed nylon and the required pH value of the selected dyestuffs, acid should be added step by step, and the pH value should not be adjusted too quickly to prevent uneven dyeing.

 

  1. first dyeing nylon and then dyeing cotton two bath method:
    Process flow:
    Pre-treatment → nylon dyeing → washing → washing → cotton dyeing → washing → neutralization washing → soaping → washing → softening → dehydration drying
    The color staining on the cotton component of this process will reduce its vividness, and is not suitable for the production of light colors that require vividness. Color staining on the cotton component will reduce the fastness to sunlight and fastness to soaping. First brocade and then cotton dyeing process is only suitable for dyeing medium and dark colors, this process adopts the order of dyeing nylon and then cotton, generally no need for nylon color-fixing treatment, which can shorten the process.

    The dyeing process is the same as cotton first and then brocade process.
