Sylic®Paper Water Repellent Agent

Paper Water Repellent Agent can greatly improve the improvement of coated paper wet rubbing, dry and wet drawing printing. It can react with synthetic adhesive, modified starch, CMC and the height of the water resistance. This product has a wide PH range, small dosage, nontoxic, etc.

Used for triple proof finishing of all fiber fabrics, especially flame retardant fabrics and low temperature triple proof finishing

1.It has no ammonia smell, preparation of coating rheological property is better, more stable, the plane will cure.
2.It can obviously improve the water resistant performance of paper.
3.It can effectively reduce the printing spots.
4.It can obviously improve the wet ink fixed on performance.
5.It can reduce or effectively solve the problem of printing ink sticky dirty.
6.It can improve or effectively solve the problem of coating layer of bubbles.

  • It can be used for waterproof finishing of 80 degrees low temperature, suitable for paper, non-woven fabric, etc
Application
Used for triple proof finishing of all fiber fabrics, especially flame retardant fabrics and low temperature triple proof finishing.  It is made of fluorin polymer, with excellent water-proof, oil-proof and antifouling ability, used in all fiber fabrics Anti finishing, also can be used for low temperature waterproof finishing.  
Recommended Process
1) Reference dosage: 10 ~ 120g/L dip rolling method 2) Application Examples: Dip rolling finishing FU5206 10 ~120g/L Dip rolling (rolling residual rate of 60 ~ 80%) → finalize 80℃  

Packaging and Storage

120KG plastic drum packaging,shelf life of 12 months The product is sensitive to low temperature or high temperature and cannot be stored at temperature <0℃or >40℃,otherwise it may cause irreparable quality change
